Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, famed in the showbiz industry as Shatta Wale has proven how d*mb he can be with his recent comments on the #FixTheCountry social media movement.
The singer who is always acting thug on social media has shown how a coward he can be when the reality dawns on him.
Shatta Wale, on the 29th of June, 2021 blamed the youth of Ghana for not standing up for their rights and always sit on social media writing grammar.
Many who are fed up with the happenings in the country and want the right thing to be done took to his comments section to endorse the tweet and some also drew inspiration from the tweet to demand for the right thing to be done.
Just when Ghanaians thought Shatta Wale was encouraging them to join the fight against the bad governance, Shatta made a big U-turn in less than 24 hours.
This comes on the back of the Ejura protest where the youth are demanding justice for one of them, Kaaka who was k!lled by thugs.
In a tweet he sent online, he blamed the youth for coming out to protest which has led to the death of two of the activists whiles four were also badly injured and are currently receiving treatment at the hospital. He therefore called on the youth to stay indoors whiles the bad in the country go on in perpetuity.
Ghanaians have taken to social media to lambast him and call him out for who he truly is – a big hypocrite. Some recapped what entertainment pundit, Arnold Asamoah Baidu said about him that he’s confused and inconsistent.
During the #EndSars protest in Nigeria, this hypocrite of a musician recorded a song talking against the ills of the Nigerian government but have lost that same voice when similar issues are happening in his home country, Ghana.
Alas, Shatta Wale has proven Arnold right. He is an INCONSISTENT and a very CONFUSED person who has no values. Check out his post below and some of the comments that follow.
