Larruso Is Slowly Replacing Shatta Wale In The Music Industry – Fans Observe

Some section of Ghanaian music fans have observed that young dancehall artiste, Larruso is gradually replacing Shatta Wale’s position in the music industry.

Larruso who has been making all the headlines, thanks to his good music and creativity is said to be miles ahead of his senior compatriot, Shatta Wale who in recent times has reduced himself into a comic figure.

The back to back hit songs of Larruso far outweigh those from the self-acclaimed king of African dancehall.

Whiles Larruso stays clean in action and lyrics to remain relevant, Shatta Wale on the other hand rides on controversies and some unwholesome antics to keep his name on the lips of industry players and fans.

Larruso has proven his worth ever since he gained national prominence through some of his good projects such as “Killy Killy” and “Gi Dem”.

He hasn’t backed down ever since and has gone ahead to release other projects featuring some of the industry’s finest in both Ghana and outside the country.

A fan with the Twitter handle, @ghanayesu made the observation and wrote on his timeline, “Larruso is slowly replacing Shatta Wale”.

This tweet received some positive reaction as many agreed with him. Other die-hard fans of Shatta Wale disagreed as usual.

Truth be told, Shatta Wale of late, is not the Shatta Wale we used to know. He has become a pale shadow of his old self and has only managed to bask in the old glory and also ride on controversies to stay relevant.

His recent k!ssing of his bodyguard and the flaunting of his new girlfriend who is said to be the goddaughter of his baby mama, Shatta Mitchy are those that have kept his name floating in the industry.

Larruso has worked with Shatta Wale on his project and Shatta Wale’s and his lyrical delivery on both points to the fact that he is ready to knock someone off his position and take over. That person surely is Shatta Wale and no other.

Take it or leave it. It is what it is.
