Ghanaian gospel singer Joyce Blessing has announced her comeback into the music industry after taking a hiatus after her incident in Kumasi early this year in a press release she sent out via her social media platforms.
The singer who was one of the signees on the Nam1’s owned Zylofone music label has been quiet in the music industry for sometime now. Considered as one of the greatest female gospel singers, she has had a mixed career full of successes and setbacks.
Her marital problems have accounted for most of the troubling seasons she has had in the music industry. This unfortunate issue has led to the breakdown in her management set up culminating into her dip in form in the music industry.
Self-styled prophetess, Cecelia Marfo even capitalized on the issue to advance her career in the pastorpreneurship by stopping her in the middle of a performance to admonish her to go back to her marriage.
But the beautiful Joyce who has nicknamed herself as the Unbreakable is actually living the name. She has put all the happenings behind her and she is bouncing back with new songs that will change the face of gospel music in Ghana.
“Amidst all odds Award winning Ghanaian gospel singer Joyce Blessing has stood her grounds to overcome all the trials that came her way and is set to release her first single in the year 2021”, a part of the statement reads.
The statement adds that the singer is set to release the song on the 6th of August to thank God for how far He has brought her. The song is christened “Hand Of God”. Fans should expect the song soon.
